Music

We will collaborate with renowned artists to produce an annual musical showcase, presented both virtually and live. This symphony will celebrate Ethiopia’s rich musical heritage, seamlessly blending traditional melodies with contemporary compositions.

Arts

Our mission is to celebrate and promote Ethiopian arts in North America through dynamic cultural programming. We will curate public art exhibitions, featuring both contemporary works and historical photography that documents the Ethiopian life journey. Furthermore, we are committed to establishing a professional network for artists—a dedicated platform to foster collaboration, facilitate the exchange of ideas, and amplify their creative voices

Literature

We will launch strategic programs to preserve, promote, and celebrate Ethiopia’s rich literary heritage. These initiatives will be implemented through partnerships with cultural institutions, educational bodies, and like-minded organizations to maximize their reach and impact.

Museum

Our ongoing and planned programs in history, music, arts, literature, and culinary traditions are building towards a landmark achievement: Museum. This future institution will be a dynamic centerpiece for preserving and celebrating Ethiopian heritage in North America. Detailed planning for this exciting project will commence in the coming years.

Research

The Ethiopian Heritage Foundation in North America (EHFINA) is dedicated to advancing the scholarly documentation and public awareness of Ethiopian cultural heritage. Through strategic partnerships with academic institutions, the sponsorship of innovative research projects, and the hosting of international symposia, we aim to build a vibrant intellectual hub for the preservation and celebration of Ethiopia’s rich historical legacy.
